I write these remarks, I only downloaded the product and could not install it either on my Windows 7 system, as others have mentioned. Here is how I get to work. First, it should be pointed out that he is not problem of Crazy Machine 2 itself, but with the anti-piracy program that comes with the download. DO NOT DOWNLOAD – Mark Simon –
Same problem as most others here. I bought this for my son, and expects that it works. I updated my video driver, my sound driver and install the latest version of DirectX. Quite simply, it hangs when I try to run it. It is not even give an error message.

I should have bought the CD.

I confess my fault for not reading the reviews before I purchased the download. However, I expected this to work.

DO NOT BUY THIS DOWNLOAD! You will be given a product key. but access is denied to the game. Customer service was no help. Game freezes just to prepare to install! Amazon will be no refund. I wish there was a 0 star option.

Highly recommended – M. Peters –
No problems here. I downloaded and installed timely manner written faster than the 20-30 minutes other people. I had to come back later and find the serial number to register, but that was no problem, and registered the game fine. Excellent game, much like "The Incredible Machine", but more realistic, and regular puzzles. I like the way the game follows a storyline, rather than separately as each puzzle completely apart.
