Dark Messiah of Might and Magic is the long-standing franchise RPG. In this single-player action-RPG, you assume the role of Sareth, a young man named under the guardianship of a wizard, your master. Sareth has spent years of studying magic and physical combat. Finally ready for his first expedition Sareth is responsible to retrieve an artifact known as Shantiri Crystal. After a brief tutorial, he finds the crystal and is charged with the crystal to an associate company of your master it, you get theWizard Menelag in the city of Stone Helm. Menelag your master and have a mutual interest in finding an artifact, the Skull of Shadows. Here begins the first real adventure Sareth and my thoughts about Dark Messiah of Might and Magic;
Pros
+ Quick Action oriented combat.
+ Adult themed violence, blood and gore.
+ Excellent interactive element of physics allow several ways to combat opponents. Kicking enemies into spikes, fire, away from cliffs orare simply crushed under collapsing objects is never old.
Adrenaline Rush + option filled for some great finesse and style finishing moves.
+ Great graphics, often with stunning and jaw drop back drop, especially on the harbor / docks level.
+ Rope Bow. Loved it! Just one of the best things I've ever had in fantasy game. It made exploration of each level of entertaining and challenging.
+ Makes good replay value with the class of treesYou tailor your character to your playing style, (warrior, archer, thief, mage, or a combination thereof).
+ Amazing soundtrack by Cris Velasco and Sascha Dikiciyan score (God of War, Prototype, Hellgate London, Clive Barker's Jericho, etc.) is composed. You will quickly some of my favorite game composer score right at the side of Jeremy Soule. The soundtrack for this game on my iPod since I bought was the Limited Edition of the game on publication.
Na +created dungeons. The necropolis near the end of the game was particularly impressive. It felt cavernous and foreboding, as in Moria Lord of the Rings.
+ Although this is not very original, the story line was respectable compared to many other fantasy titles.
+ Xana's (demon guide) sarcasm can be quite amusing sometimes. Even a con, see below.
+ Ability to transform into a demon or to use the sacred weapons of fun.
+ You can save anywhere, anytime.
Cons
– Limited Edition of the game is unfortunately "Limited" as for what it contains. Only worth it if you want a physical copy of the original soundtrack.
– Long load times.
– The game can be a bit buggy in many places even after patching.
– Some annoying voice work, especially Leanna and Xana. Both may sound incredibly stupid, intrusive and just plain annoying.
– Inventory space was rather small. Patch and the limitsAmount of potions you can carry. are pre-patch is no limit. This is a very important change if you choose to go as a pure warrior with no healing magic.
– Weapon forging as a last minute addition to the game seemed.
– Ropes from the bow rope to maneuver was annoying when the arrows are too close together. The game was hard to figure out which rope to go to become really close.
– Limited number of enemies and objects. While all of the creaturesShe looked great fight it would have been nice to have more to see. The variety of weapons / items were missing and be reused several times. spend very frustrating when you'd reached 15-20 minutes exploring the area hard to find the exact position you were already carry or use.
– Too short.
I'll be the first to admit that this is one of my favorite games of all time. I have played through it several times (single-player campaign only) in the last few yearsbecause different classes. This is something I almost never play. Sure it was his fault (which easily for a game does not?), But the whole fun of the game overshadowed the problems. Hopefully they will release a sequel, of course I would buy immediately. If you're a fan of fantasy action-RPG, I can not recommend this title enough as it was the perfect game for my taste.

Not Compatible with Windows 7 – A. Howell – Absecon, NJ, US
This game is not compatible with Windows 7 I put the compatibility to Windows XP Pack 2, I made sure my drivers where up to date and both patches were installed. I am not in a position to go forward with th W key or any key. I emailed support for this software, they told me that this is not compatible with Windows 7. I suggest you not buy this product if you think about Windows 7 or up grading.
ty so much – A. Gift For You –
I know a lot about Online Shoping and almost 75% of the products I order either in disrepair or missing pages from my books and they came in good shape and I want to ty for shipping it out like I also had problems with supply providers not my orders, if they promise
Ye olde first person RPG. – A. J. Trowell –
This is the first fantasy role-playing first person I played, and I feel like such a game, so it's been hitting the spot. Rather fun overall but less than perfect performance in some areas. It is worth noting that in there on the technical side, they really leave some errors. I could not even turned on the game until I patched up to date, and even then the game crashes every time you leave. There are occasional clipping errors, but Quickload solves that, um, fast.
If you swing a longing, a sword, have head shot with a bow or throw fireballs, the game is cool. If you are looking for quality craftsmanship, look no further.
