The Wii Wheel is not really necessary for the child or adult to play the Mario Kart is really good. But for those not too familiar with the game it is great as a training device. My niece, who is five years old, was to use it and it is improving day by day. My nephew who is seven, no longer uses the Wii Wheel. He simply uses the remote control on his own. As with all Wii accessories, there is not much of techincal review for the Wii Wheel. There is nothing to "improve" as one that gaming prop. As a house rule, we all have to get it at arm's length, if we keep using them, and boy, are the arms a good workout! Ask someone to record you play and watch the body language! As long as I can remember I have enjoyed the play of Mario Kart titles. One of my favorite all time on the Nintendo 64 platform. Fortunately for me, the Wii Wheel has put me in a position to do some of my favorite memories about the Mario Kart Mario Kart Wii game. Over all the feel and immediate response from the wheel during the game great. However, it takes a while to use. This should not be too much play but once you've learned the tricks that you will consider itmoney well spent.
