Most people today should know who Jillian Michaels, you know her name, but if you ever watched the Biggest Loser reality TV series, it is the sergeant / personal trainer / motivational coach and the star of the show ( personal opinion).
Based on theIntensity of the characters on the Biggest Loser, play was disappointing and quite boring, the only reason why I'm higher than the Wii Fit game is because the training is intense and you could really burn some calories with this one.
This game uses the Balance Board, the controller and nunchuck for a good workout it has 4 Workout types, strength training, cardio, weight loss, extends. The game allows you to track your progress and save yourStatistics.
I noticed that the controller response time was annoyingly delayed and some of the instructions were not clear so it is time to move my character is always on the screen or to replicate my movements was difficult. I think there are a few bugs in the software coding for this game, before the release were not identified.
Some of the games have somehow made games look like the Wii Fit has been repackaged, the only motivation of the game gave you too would beJillian saying "Give It All You Got" that was getting annoying after a while, that motivating.
I liked the back ground music workout, inspiring and was able to select from a variety of musical styles. The squat exercise training was great and make you sweat.
