I have the rock band 2 wireless drums with cymbals, and I love those things! The rubber tips are removable. They stand out not much noise, but they produce bounce on the pads is incredible! They make so much easier drums. If you have the pool, they are as loud and not bounce quite so well. They are also thicker, so that when the pools are too high, they will take place with the stick on the top. The peaks also seem to wear quite quickly, but all in all, these are worth it.

not needed if you buy the drum pad silencers – MP06011999 – LAS VEGAS, NV
I actually prefer the drum pad silencers to the regular sticks. I bought both the pads and rubber tip sticks at the same time. After clicking on the pads, I find that the regular Soundsticks about as quiet as this rubber tipped ones and the regular sticks provide better bounce on the ball. Save your money. Buy one or the other – not both. Not that this does not work, only that they are not needed if the pads and in fact I doubt I ever use them now. Youjust not good with the pads, in my opinion.

The sticks themselves are decent. The rubber caps seem to fly off accidentally, although that can be a nuisance species.

I love, love, love my new drum sticks! They are very robust, but not too heavy. I personally do not care about the rubber tips, so I do not just use. Everyone always compliments my drumsticks … because they are awesome!
