Review: After my husband and I have actually installed it is a blast! There are so many things you can do! It has challenges, custom events, an option no borders, and more. You canmake a regular amusement park, a zoo, a water park, or a combination … oh, and making coasters is cool!

It is very user friendly and ideal for the whole family. It is marked "E" for everyone. I think it's a great gift for a teenager is. It teaches them about money management and problem solving skills … especially the challenges.

I would recommend the game. And go ahead and pay the few dollars, the two additional parks get … it makes moreExcitement and adventure!

Cons: Unfortunately, there is a big con. We have almost given up. However, there is an update that I included at the end of this review. This game is not compatible with Vista use if the update. You get an annoying error message and will not be able to play the. That was a real pain, and I had to look and look and try a few fixes before I found a simple, that works! The Windows Vista / Dual Core Coaster Tycoon 3 Platinum Installation Fix Roller

(Hint: You can use this for regular RCT3 too iuse your file is RCT3.exe RCT3plus.exe be held.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you follow directions exactly, otherwise you have uninstalled the entire game again and start from the front.

1. Install the game.

2. After installation, DO NOT try to start the game.

3.Delete the desktop shortcut.

4. Then go into your Atari files in the folder C: \ Program Files \ Atari \ Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 and to designate RTC3plus.exe RCT3plus.old. (DO NOT try to delete or overwrite the file. It will not work, I've tried. You must rename the file.)

6. From the File Download window click Open, extract the new RCT3.exe or RCT3plus.exe in the original folder (where the file you renamed). Or you can extract to your desktop and then open the file and then drag it to the folder. Which is easier for you.

7. Either way, if you do this, right click on the newRCT3.exe or RCT3plus.exe and create a shortcut on your desktop. (You must make sure the old one was deleted or you will mess everything up and have to start from scratch!)

8. Once you have done this, close all programs and restart your computer. Once you get back on your desktop, click your new shortcut, and you should be good to go!
