Sure, that's what would Diablo3 might have looked (had it been released in 2006) – and that can not be bad!
Quite realistic graphics achieved even on medium range PCs (a 3-year-old system that I developed in the office with his video card to have used a 7600GT, it can run smoothly with everything on HIGH). I especially liked that you see the exact armor and weapons on your opponents and, after you killed her. Fighting a tough opponent is worthwhile, because everythingDrops for looting.
I am a great fun for AD & D RPGs. But in Titan Quest (and its extension), there is no deep background – except many excellent Mythology (correctly said for once). Sure, there are no "official 20-sided dice" getting thrown somewhere in the background – but do you really interested?
Hack, slash, zap, burn and destroy. Loot, buy, sell and equip. Repeat as needed.
