It amazes me how often I describe to people on eBay and search for it is not the point right or have focused on e line like "I do not accept refunds feel" I am writing to them, I bet they have no sales to either a refund.

You should write under any circumstances, "I sell becauseI want money, "It may be true, but what the person says about the product? Nothing that says it's them.
